(1) Any item purchased at FINAL SALE items and BeSpoke creations cannot be returned for exchange or refund.
(2) Oversea customer is responsible for shipping costs and tax for return, exchanges and repair.
(3) Excluding gemstone, diamonds lost. Improper care, or damage resulting from misuse will void this warranty. In such case we will still service your jewel at cost.
(4) SELF offers extra one-time free ring resizing +/- 2 sizes in 3-year warranty for Diamond VIP.
(5) Customer is responsible for shipping costs, tax and insurance (For oversea customers) for return, exchanges and repair.
