SF Express Standard Shipping arrives within 1-2 business days from the date your order has been shipped. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer shipments worldwide. Please note that there are some geographical limitations if we don’t find a suitable courier for some remote areas.
All shipping rates are calculated through DHL and are insured at to protect your merchandise.
Due to the high price point of our product, if an item is lost in transit the customer will receive a credit to the original value of the item. This can only be actioned once SELF is satisfied by the results of the search.

In the event of a return or exchange, domestic taxes, and shipping fees will not be refunded.

SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY
Due to the high value of our jewelry, we require a signature upon delivery for all orders unless “no signature” is selected at checkout. If you waive signature upon delivery, SELF is absolved of all responsibility for any loss due to the package being delivered without supervision.
MADE-TO-ORDER JEWELRY
If your order contains pre-ordered pieces, and an item which is in stock, the in-stock items on your order will ship right away. We will then ship any pre-ordered items as we receive them. Please note that this does not increase your shipping charge.
Please note that some of our products are made-to-order, i.e., the item is manufactured once the order is placed and will ship as soon as it is available. Backordered items are ready within roughly 3-4 weeks, though certain pieces may take slightly longer due to the nature of the jewelry.
